These vitamins come in a bottle of 90 vegetarian friendly tablets. It’s a one month supply. The directions say to take 3 tablets daily with a meal and a few hours before or after other supplements/medication. I’m used to taking gummy vitamins or vitamins that have a gel capsule so it’s not chalky. I was a little hesitant when I first opened this bottle because of the texture and it has a strong smell. I was worried about having to swallow three. I tried it and drank it down with water right before eating dinner. It wasn’t bad at all. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and it’s been much easier to take them. I have noticed a little bit more energy during the day and I hope I keep feeling that as I continue to take them.
I’ve used some of Viva Naturals other products before like their kids night time gummies which work really well so I knew I trusted the brand already.
