I love trying different varieties of meat. This time we got chicken thighs, chicken strips, ground beef, roast, and a couple types of steak. The chicken strips have been great to thaw one portion at a time and use in tortellini, fried rice, and pad Thai. I’m excited to cook some chicken thigh recipes, I haven’t tried those yet!
