Today, I’m sharing more about why I chose to try this book and I’ll share more about the author too. You can read the intro to why I chose this book and what it is about by clicking HERE.

I’m personally looking to change the way I eat because I want to take better care of myself. I want to set a good example for my kids and help them to eat healthy meals. I want to eat food that I love, eat when I’m hungry, feel full for longer, and have more energy. That’s why I can’t wait to finish this book and utilize all the information and tips it has. I’m looking forward to learning more about what/how I eat and what it does to my body so I can improve.

The author, Joel Marion, was asked what inspired him to write this book. He responded that there are two misconceptions about dieting which include not eating late at night or before bed. He said that science doesn’t prove that and he wants to show us that we can eat at night and have an enjoyable approach to a diet. Marion was also asked how this book is different from his others. He said that “the biggest difference is that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods.” That one sentence right there stands out so much to me. It’s what had me so intrigued to learn everything there is about this book, “Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight”.

Something I learned from this book is, “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.” I love lemon water and I knew it was good for you, but I have never had it in the morning. I think it’s something I’ll start trying. Lemon water is really easy to make, it’s refreshing, and it tastes great.

Bestselling author, Joel Marion, is a fitness expert and nutritionist debunking the myths underlying traditional dieting and offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program. Learn more about the book and how to purchase HERE.
